Our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) are here to answer any escape room questions you may have before booking a game with us. Of course, it is important to us that you know what to expect from our escape games and puzzle rooms. Likewise, if you have any other Escape Room questions, please contact us and we will answer as soon as possible.
- DO YOU HAVE PARKING?
We have FREE underground parking in the Biosfera shopping centre.
- WHAT LANGUAGES ARE THE GAMES IN?
Our games are in Spanish and English, please let us know when booking what language you would like.
- HOW LONG BEFORE THE GAME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
You should arrive 5 minutes prior to the time stated on your booking, this is to enable us to give you a pre game briefing. Please contact us if you are running late and we will do everything we can to accommodate you and your team.
- IS IT SCARY?
No, we have been careful to add a few features that my startle, but nothing that will scare you.
- WILL WE ACTUALLY LOCKED IN?
No, you will not be locked in. You will be able to exit the room at any point during the game and for any reason using emergency door release buttons.
- IS IT DANGEROUS OR UNSAFE?
No. We have taken great care in creating exciting but safe environments for all.
- WHO CAN PLAY?
Our games are suitable for all seeking to experience something different. The games are perfect for corporate team building, a unique social activity and a fun pastime for visitors to the island and local alike.
- ARE THE GAMES DIFFICULT?
Each game is a challenge of intellect, stamina and guts! As each game has specific puzzles linked to the game theme and story they will vary greatly so it is difficult to determine specific difficulty levels.
- ARE YOUR ROOMS SUITABLE FOR NEW PLAYERS?
Yes, we have invested much time into creating rooms that are suitable for newbies and enthusiasts alike, to the point where we can actually change the difficulty of the rooms as requested. We recommend working together to and communicating with each other along the journey, everyone thinks differently and one person will see something that another may not. Good communication can save valuable seconds.
- WHAT SHOULD WE EXPECT?
Before entering the room you will have a short briefing to explain the general story behind the game, and some tips on how to navigate the rooms to make the most of your time. The rooms themselves have been hand crafted to create an immersive environment that should draw you into the game, you will be tasked with completing both physical and mental games in the room and will need to work with the other players to complete it. After the game, you will have the opportunity to have some photos taken. All in all the experience should l last between 75 and 90 minutes. NOTE: The rooms have sound and visual effects and some areas my have low lighting but additional lighting is available for those who require it.
- HOW BIG ARE THE ROOMS?
The rooms vary from 25 metres squared to 35 metres squared.
- ARE CHILDREN ABLE TO JOIN US?
Yes that’s fine under 5’s go free, we have built the rooms to be suitable for children 10 years and over ,but it is your responsibility to ensure they use the room and games are used responsibly and under your supervision. All under 16’s require adult an adult. Let us know during your brief if you need to be made aware of any surprising moments that could potentially scare small children.
- DO YOU GIVE REFUNDS OR CHANGE BOOKINGS?
As your experience is a live event we cannot issue refunds or accept cancellations once your booking is confirmed, we are able to reschedule your booking if we have more than 24 hours notice. Refund and amendment requests from players who have experienced extenuating circumstances will be duly reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- CAN I BRING MY PHONE OR CAMERA IN TO THE ROOMS?
Yes, you may take your mobile phone in the game but please place on vibrate so as not to distract you from your game. NO PHOTOS are permitted inside any of our rooms so the games remain secret for future players. You can use your phone or camera in the reception area.
- CAN I COME INEBRIATED?
No, if you are visibly under the influence, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without a refund. We have to put your safety and the safety of other players first and any accidents or breakages caused as a result of intoxication must be avoided.
- WHERE DO I BOOK?
You can book your experience here online or by coming to see us on the 4th floor of the Biosfera Shopping Center, please not if we have customers in the rooms the door may be closed so booking online is recommend.
- CAN I BUY GIFT VOUCHERS?
Gift vouchers can be purchased online at the Escape Room or at the Rooftop on the 5th floor of the Biosfera. You can redeem gift vouchers at any time following the purchase.
